Silver Lace Wyndote. I have just got chickens and they are now laying nearly 3 eggs / day. I have just the three so they are doing OK.

Keep the birds busy, hang greens so they can reach for them. Treat Lice with Derris dust. I was a bit dubious about this but the withholding period is only one day. Treat leg mites with sulphur powder mixed with vaseline. I used Paw Paw cream as a deterrant seems to work well. I shall mix with sulphur powder if required. Scatter food, rather than in dispensers, vary diet with mash. Treat for worms with milk, chilli and garlic mash monthly
